Mrs. Sparks has been employed with the Housing Authority since 2003. She became the Executive Director in 2005. Since then she has strived to help the people of this community. She makes every effort to address the needs and concerns of all those whom reside in the Housing Authority. Mrs. Sparks is a concerned, compassionate individual that helps our residents better themselves and their lives.
